I do not have serious skin problem but I do have very oily facial
skin which gives an unsightly shine and it also causes make-up to run. Can Ketsugo help? |
| Ketsugo is the
perfect answer to this problem, as it takes away the oiliness from your facial skin and
hence, the unsightly shine, make-up will appear better, stay on longer and will not clog
pores. |

Does Ketsugo treat open
pores? |
| Ketsugo
normalises the production of sebum and hence, will prevent open pores. As for existing
open pores, Ketsugo will prevent them from enlarging. Existing pore holes will be refined
when you adopt a proper skin-care routine. (i.e. cleansing, toning, moisturising and deep
cleansing along with using Ketsugo). Ketsugo prevents the face from having an oily shine
and this make open pores less obvious. |

 |
Will Ketsugo treat
blackheads? |

almost all oily skin problems. However, those having acne with pus (bacterial infection)
should apply Ketsugo and take the prescribed medication by a dermatologist. |

|
Does Ketsugo treat
pigmentation? |
| No. Ketsugo
functions by controlling the production of sebum until it returns to a normal level (the
minimum amount of sebum required by the skin). Hence, Ketsugo treats skin problems due to
oiliness but not pigmentation which is due to excessive exposure to the sun, hormonal
changes and aging. |

|
Will the use of ketsugo
result in clogged pores? |
| A clogged pore is
the blockage of the pore by a plug of skin debris and hardened sebum due to excessive
secretion of sebum. With Ketsugo, the production of sebum would be normalised. Hence,
keeping the pores free from clogging, even under make-up. |

|
Is Ketsugo drying? Will it cause the skin to peel like Clearasil, Retin-A,
Lactacyd, Oxy 5 and Acne-Aid? |
| No. Ketsugo is
non-drying unlike the other commercial formulations which absorbs oil from the skin. |

|
How should you apply
Ketsugo? Can it be applied under make-up? |
| > |
Gently cleanse face of dirt and
oil with a mild soap. |
| > |
Spray Ketsugo over the whole
face, even if you have combination skin (it is non-drying). Use about 4 to 7 puffs per
application, twice daily. Allow to dry and do not wipe off or massage it into the skin as
this will stimulate production of sebum. |
| > |
As for women, toner, moisturiser
and foundation can be applied as usual but again, avoid massage. Ketsugo would restore the
balance of oil production in about 3 weeks depending on the individual. Make-up should
then, look better and stay on longer. Subsequently, use Ketsugo once a day for
maintenance. |

|
If, I have combination skin, will normal or dry parts of the skin be even
drier after application? |
| No. Users of
Ketsugo having combination skin did not experience the drying effect. In fact, research
and sample test carried out extensively by dermatologist actually shows improvement in the
texture of the dry part of combination skin and no such drying effect has been recorded.
However, if there should be any drying in individual cases, apply some moisturiser. |

A few
people questioned where the shark bile for Ketsugo is obtained, being concerned that the
Ketsugo producer actually catches sharks. As a matter of fact shark bile for
Ketsugo is obtained from fishermen who catches sharks for a living. These fishermen would
have thrown away the shark bile otherwise! Also sharks are not going extinct. Marine
research shows that the shark population is flourishing. |
